Balagokulam Enrollment Form

If you wish to enroll your child/children, please download this Enrollment Form, fill it and bring it to the Temple some time between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm on Sunday and hand it over to any of the Balagokulam volunteers listed in the enrollment form. Alternatively, you may also give the completed form to our priest Shri. Joshiji at any time when the temple is open.
